Abstract | ||||
Silver-substituted lithium ferrites (Li0.5-xAgxFe2.5O4; x=0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1nanoparticles were prepared via citrate autocombustion method. All the ferritesamples have been characterized using XRD, TEM, χM, VSM, and ac electricalconductivity. The crystallite size is between 44 to 49 nm. The saturation magnetizationreaches a maximum value of 69 emu/g. mole higher than the undoped sample at 50emu/g. mole. The Curie temperature improves 1.1 times on the undoped sample. Theincrease in the dielectric constant by Ag+ depends on the electronic configuration of thedifferent Ag content. | ||||
