Abstract | ||||
This research was performed for the purpose of studying Home Economic teachers attitude towards the audio visual aids in preparatory schools in Montaza , Shark and Waset Districts – Alexandria . Data were collected randomly from 105 teachers by the “ attitude scales “ , 60 of these teachers and students were from governmental schools , the other 45 from privet schools . Field visits and questionnaires , field through personal interviews , were used to obtain research data . Data was organized and analyzed statistically using percentages , mean and standard deviation , as well as Pearson’s correlation coefficient and chi-square with Spss V.10 . The results were as follows : 54.3% of Home Economic teachers were lower used audio visual in teaching . The mean & standard deviation for information about audio visual were 67.53 + 9.56 & the level of information about audio visual for Home Economic teachers (54.3%) were High. 74.3 % of Home Economic teachers attitude toward the using audio visual were normal statistically. There was a negative correlation between the Home Economic teachers attitude toward the using audio visual and the age , experience range and kind of school . also There was a negative correlation between the level of information about audio visual for Home Economic teachers and experience range . finally There was a positive correlation between the Home Economic teachers attitude toward the using audio visual and between the level of information about audio visual for Home Economic teachers . | ||||
