Abstract | ||||
Abstract With the increasing competition in today’s dynamic environment, entrepreneurship can be of great importance to achieve better performance and better profits eventually . This research aimed at studying the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on achieving competitive advantage in the Egyptian commercial banks . The researcher applied a complete census method that included top management representatives from the commercial banks in Egypt . A questionnaire was developed and modified from previous literature to measure the dimensions of the variables. SPSS version 23 is used in the analysis of the collected data and presented through descriptive statistics , frequencies , means , validity and reliability measures and correlation analysis for hypothesis testing . This study has contributed to existing literature by providing evidence regarding entrepreneurial orientation in public and private commercial banks in Egypt . Recommendations for the top management of these banks have been provided and also recommendations for future research . | ||||
