| Abstract | ||||
| This research aims to study the extent of carrying out the planning of the current household income by the employed women in order to face the retirement stage in the future, it also aims to highlight the employed woman regarding the concept of the retirement stage, the problems and difficulties emerging in that period, besides, seeking methods to overcome such difficulties. The analytical descriptive method which analysis the phenomenon quantitatively and qualitatively was used. The study reveals a number of results; the most important of which are: 1- A direct significant correlation between both of: wife's age (where as the value of chi-square is 14,53 at df 4 a 5%), family size (where as the value of chi-square is 17.23 df 9 at a 5%), managing the financial family resource (Where as the value of chi-square is 5,89 df 2 at a 5%.)by the employed woman and planning for retirement. 2- The statistical analysis shows that the sample is moderate in its income planning for retirement in early stages of their lives The average degrees that the sample got in retirement planning (16)degrees (SD +2.49). Therefore, there is a need of raising awareness level to the importance of early income planning for retirement. | ||||
