| Abstract | ||||
| بالنظر إلى الظروف السياقية في کل دولة، الولايات المتحدة وکوريا، جميعها لديها تاريخهم الفريد في التربية الخاصة، مما يؤدي إلى تعليم خاص مختلف وأنظمة خدمية للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. الغرض من هذه الورقة هو مقارنة التنمية والوضع الحالي للتربية الخاصة في جميع البلدين. قام الباحث بعمل مراجعة شاملة للأدبيات باستخدام قاعدة بيانات Academic Search Complete، بتنسيق بالإضافة إلى المجلات الوطنية والتقارير الحکومية المنشورة والوثائق الرسمية من کوريا والولايات المتحدة Given the contextual conditions in each country, the United States, Korea, all have their own unique history of special education, which leads to different special education and service systems for students with special needs. The purpose of this paper is to compare the development and current status of special education in all TWO countries. The researcher did a Comprehensive literature review primarily using the database of Academic Search Complete, in addition to national journals, published governmental reports, and official documents from United States and Korea | ||||
