Abstract | ||||
This paper presented new compact microstrip line feed wide band that cover 4G, 5G, 6G and millimeter wave bands. The patch radiator in a shape of butterfly that resulted from combines three ellipses and five circles. The single element and two MIMO elements are designed by two different materials of substrate to make studying the effect of these materials on antenna band width, impedance matching, gain and efficiency. The design using FR4 substrate with dielectric constant ε_r= 4.4, Roger RT/5880 substrate with dielectric constant ε_r= 2.2. The antenna radiates wider frequency band (23-230GHz) for FR4 substrate design and (5.3- 51GHz), from (51-57.2GHz), from (57.2- 63.9 GHZ) and from (63.9- 270GHz) for Roger RT/5880 substrate design. Which cover 5G bands of 28GHz, 38GHz, 60GHz, as well as millimeter wave bands of 70GHz, and 80GHz, in addition to 6G bands of 95GHz and beyond 100GHz. The antenna has achieved maximum gain is about 10dB. The modeling and simulation of antenna design is performed by CST® microwave studio. | ||||
