| Abstract | ||||
| في ضوء خطة التنمية المستدامة " رؤية مصر 2030" ، التي تقضي بتکوين جهاز إداري کفء وفعال يطبق مفاهيم الحوکمة، ويساهم بدوره في تحقيق التنمية لتعزيز مکانة مصر العالمية، وکنتيجة طبيعية لحصول کلية التربية جامعة الفيوم على الاعتماد الذي بدوره يعد خطوة على طريق تحقيق التميز المؤسسي؛ استهدف البحث الحالي محاولة التوصل إلى أهم متطلبات تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية للإداريين بکلية التربية جامعة الفيوم کأحد متطلبات حصول الکلية على جائزة المؤسسة الحکومية المتميزة استرشادًا بالخبرة الکندية في هذا المجال؛ خاصةً في ظل عدم تأهل الکلية للحصول على جائزة المؤسسة الحکومية المتميزة في دورتيها الأولى والثانية، وللوقوف على هذه المتطلبات استخدمت الدراسة نهج النظرية المجذرةGrounded Theory(GT)، والتي تعد طريقة مناسبة لدراسة السلوک البشري في سياقه الثقافي، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (30) إداريًا من العاملين بمختلف إدارات الکلية، وقد تم تصنيف أهم المتطلبات التي أکدت عينة الدراسة على حاجتهم إليها في خمسة أبعاد رئيسة هي: البعد المهني، البعد الاقتصادي، البعد الاجتماعي ، بعد الأمن والسلامة المهنية، وبعد الرفاهية في مکان العمل، وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج الدراسة تم طرح مجموعة من الإجراءات لتحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية للإداريين بالکلية کمتطلب رئيس لحصول الکلية على جائزة المؤسسة الحکومية المتميزة في دورتها التالية. In light of the sustainable development plan "Egypt's Vision 2030", which assesses constructing an efficient and effective administrative systems that applies the concepts of governance, and in turn contributes to achieve development to enhance Egypt's international status, and as a natural result of the Faculty of Education in Fayoum University obtaining accreditation, which in turn is a step towards achieving institutional excellence ; the current research aimed at trying to set the most important requirements of improving the quality of the work life(QWL) of administrators in the Faculty of Education in Fayoum University as one of the requirements for the faculty to obtain the Distinguished Governmental Institution Award guided by the Canadian experience in this field , especially in light of the disqualification of the faculty to obtain the Distinguished Governmental Institution Award in its first and second sessions.To state these requirements The Grounded Theory (GT) approach was used. This approach is considered as a suitable method of studying the human behavior in its cultural context. The Grounded Theory Approach was implied on a sample of (30) administrators who work in various administrative departments in the faculty. The most important requirements that the sample members emphasized their need to them were classified in five dimensions: the occupational dimension، the economic dimension، the social dimension، the occupational safety and security dimension، and luxury in workplace dimension. In light of the results the study، a set of procedures were proposed to improve the quality of the work life to the administrators’ career in the faculty as a main requirement for it to obtain the Distinguished Governmental Institution Award in its next session. | ||||
