Abstract | ||||
The stability of the DEIM used in WECS in two modes of operation is completely investigated. In the first mode a voltage fed inverter is proposed in the rotor circuit, while a current fed inverter is proposed in the second mode. To maintain the DEIM stable from Sm -1 to 1. A control strategy is proposed by varying the magnitude and phase angle of the applied rotor voltage, Also the effect of some machine parameters on the DEIM stability is investigated. | ||||
