Inferentially a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to determine the most important determinants of quality standards in basic education organizations, and (t, F) values were used to judge the significance. The results of the study found a statistically significant effect for each of the number of training courses the degree of problem suffering on the variable of quality standards at a level of significance of at least 0.05, and. The independent personal and organizational variables explained together about 44.9% of the variance of quality standards of basic education organizations. | ||||
