Abstract | ||||
Azo ligand 4-((2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylphenyl)diazenyl) benzoic acid was derived from 4-aminobenzoic acid and 2,4-dimethylphenol. Azo dye has been recognized via spectroscopic and elemental analysis approaches (1H-NMR, UV-Vis and FT-IR). The investigated compounds were as well categorized through atomic absorption flame, UV-Vis, FT.IR spectrum manners along with conductivity ministrations. The addendum of ligand and compounds has applied as disperse dyes on cotton fabrics for antibacterial activity of the produced compounds against various bacteria and fungi has investigated. For the gained datum, a tetrahedral geometrical structure has been suggested for each primed complex. | ||||
