Abstract | ||||
The study aimed at recognizing decision making process for Board of Directors members and recognizing some variables that are related to decision making process for interviewees. It also aimed at determining decision making requirements in terms of : different sources to Board of Directors' members to have the sufficient information for making decision, directions from which Board of Directors' members have the necessary information for making decisions, the individuals or the directions whom the Board of Directors` members consider during the sequent steps of making decision, the individuals whom the Board of Directors' members assign to collect the necessary data for making decision The study aimed at determining the relation between decision making process and the independent studied variables, and determining the relation variables contribution in explaining the total variance for decision making process. Finally the study aimed at determining that most important problems that face the interviewees before and after making decision Data was collected by the Board of Directors' members questionnaire . The sample was 180 interviewees chosen randomly 15% percent from the total of the Board of Directors members of active non-governmental associations of Social Solidarity directorate in Dakhlia . To achieve the study aims a number of statistical .Methodslike: percentages, averages, Pearson correlative coefficient, Step–Wise and arithmetic mean, were used . | ||||
