Abstract | ||||
A 5-years old Egyptian boy presented by mild dysphagia for solids for one year with repeated chest infections and fever. On plain chest X ray impacted coin was found in upper esophagus. After sedation by 2.5 mg midazolam I.M. and oral chloral hydrate solution ; the coin was extracted endoscopically by shark tooth forceps. | ||||
