| Abstract This paper takes Chinese constitution making. Focus is on Comparison the Chinese constitution making in the first version/ constitution 1954 and the last version/ constitution 1982.It is pointed out that the meaning of the "constitution" Word in Chinese, who makes the Chinese 1954 and 1982 and duration of making the Chinese constitutions 1954 and 1982. The problem of how to make the Chinese constitutions making Process.
