Abstract | ||||
The wind of change sweeping the management world are the engine of Re-engineering. Global survey results of several international institutions showed that engineering is at the top of the efforts list. The educational institution suffers from many challenges, which requires a radical redesign of administrative processes. This shows the need to develop the administration, especially in light of developments that call for the adoption of modern administrative approaches, so it is imperative to develop the educational administration, and redesign its operations, and engineering may be solve these problems. Therefore, the research problem was in the following question: What is the A Proposed Perspective for the engineering of the educational institution in light of modern international experiences? By applying re-engineering, employees are motivated to innovate, and to move between education and the labor market is provided, because the educational institution provides institutions with human cadres capable of working efficiently. | ||||
