| The drying industry of vegetable crops, especially the onion crop, is considered one of the most important food industries because of its special advantages, including (low production costs - reducing waste - preserving nutritional value - light weight - increasing the shelf life without resorting to the use of preservatives), which leads to achieving quality and safety of food. And opening the doors for exporting such dried crops in light of the applicable international standards and measures. As it was found that the population of Russia and the price of China's export of fresh onions to the Russian market increased by 1% each. This leads to an increase in the amount of Egyptian exports of fresh onions by 38.5%, 3.03%, which reflects the increase in consumption of Egyptian fresh onions with the increase in the population and the product's compatibility with The taste of the Russian consumer, which means that the flexibility of the derivative transit is greater than one, and therefore it is a more flexible demand and greatly affects Egypt's exports. Also, with an increase in the population of the Netherlands and the average income per capita of the Netherlands by 1% each, this leads to an increase in the amount of Egyptian exports of fresh onions by 39.6%, 5.11%, which reflects the increase in consumption of Egyptian dried onions with the increase in the population and the product's compatibility with the taste of the Dutch consumer, which is what It means that the derivative income elasticity is greater than one and hence it is a more elastic demand and is greatly affected by income. As for dried Egyptian onions, it has been shown that the population of Germany and the price of France's export of dried onions to the German market increased by 1% each. This leads to an increase in the amount of Egyptian exports of dried onions by 2.2%, 1.44%, which reflects the increased consumption of Egyptian dried onions with the increase in the population The product conforms to the taste of the German consumer, which means that the cross elasticity of the derivative is greater than one and hence it is a more flexible demand and is greatly influenced by competitive prices. While increasing the population of the Netherlands by 1%, this would lead to an increase in the amount of Egyptian exports of dried onions by 24.7%, which reflects the increase in consumption of Egyptian dried onions with the increase in the population and the compatibility of the product with the taste of the Dutch consumer. | ||||
