Abstract | ||||
A method for synthesis of chebyshev FIR digital filters is presented. The best approximation in the chebyshev (L͚ ) sense is obtained making use of the method of successive projections, which reduces the problem to one of finding a point in the intersection of a system of convex sets. The metrios is fast converging and does not require solving a set of non-linear equations as in other minimax techniques. | ||||
