Abstract | ||||
For thyristors engaged in 3-phase static electrical power conversions ( such as 3-phasecycloconverters, constant-frequency power supplies, ect. ) where 3-phase controllable output is needed, three identical reference voltages differing by 120 ْ are required. The paper presents an approach to design a versatile integrated scheme for a 3-phase gate-driver for thyritoroperated control systems. The designed schems is a variable frequency, variable amplitude 3-phase sine-wave reference generator. | ||||
