Abstract | ||||
This paper investigates the drastic parameters affecting the performance of the photovoltaic solar energy conversation. Temperature and collection efficiency of the silicon solar cell opted for research are some of these parameters. The theory of the photovoltaic effect is utilized to anticipate the performance-especially the maximum efficiency. It exists from the interaction between the optical properties of the semiconduotor under consideration which determine the utilized fraction of the solar spectrum, and its electrical characteristics. Graphical the end of the research. | ||||
