Abstract | ||||
This study deals with preparing a guideline for drafting (archival standards) for the purpose of producing and creating regulations, laws, decisions and other issues of archival legislation in all countries of the world, reviewing the validity and completeness of the chapters, materials and items constituting each new law or regulation issued in the field of documentary or archival work, as well as matching The laws and regulations that are already being implemented and implemented in these countries, and then discovering the deficiencies and shortcomings in this or that law for the possibility of amending it in proportion to the circumstances of the place and time. Thus, these standards or legislative standards in documents and archives are intended to provide useful and prepared main principles to facilitate the preparation of new texts for systems, laws, regulations and decisions of documents and archives, or to review those already in force and implementation. Editing or reviewing legislation related to documents and archives. Therefore, the standards contain proposals prepared by the researcher and strive to organize them according to his vision in this field of specialization, especially with the absence of a unified normative model for organizing legal legislation in documents and archives. | ||||
