Abstract | ||||
The leather is clean, feels good, smells and looks and is not difficult to cut, sew or press. When dealing with the ancient art of binding, it should be noted that the first discovery of it was in the tombs of the pharaohs, where the first binding of covers was discovered that was decorated with Copticstyle decorations of drawings and quadrilaterals, indicating that the real beginning of book binding was in the Coptic era. In the ninth century, Coptic and Arabic bindings appeared, with geometrical decorations, and models of them were found in Kairouan in Morocco. | ||||
