Abstract | ||||
The present study was carried out to investigate the relationship < /p> and that between normal chemical constituent of donkey's serum of both aqueous and vitreous humour in the same animals. Analysis included sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus, uric acid, urea nitrogen, total proteins, glucose, ASAT, ALAT and acid phos phatase in the three biological fluids. Results indicated a highly significant correlation between levels of chemical constituent in serum, aqueous and vitreous humour. | ||||
