Abstract | ||||
The present work was conducted on five lion spleens collected from Giza Zoological Garden. The morphology of the spleen was thoroughly investigated with special references to its param eters. The study of the intrasplenic distribution of arterial system in the spleen of lion as well as the corrosion cast revealed the presence of two splenic segments, proximal and distal. | ||||
