Abstract | ||||
هدفت الدراسة: الحالية التعرف على القدرة التنبؤية لأنماط الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الحکومية الأردنية في التأثير على الأداء التدريسي للمعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، إذ تألف مجتمع الدراسة من کافة معلمي المدارس الثانوية الحکومية التابعين لمديرية تربية جرش والبالغ عددهم (2136) معلماً، ومعلمةً للعام الدراسي (2020/2021م) وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة باستبيان على عينة الدراسة المکونة من (385) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. | ||||
