| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الوظائف التي کانت تتصل بدار الخلافة العباسية، من خلال کتاب «الحوادث الجامعة» للمؤرخ ابن الفوطي (المتوفى عام 723ه/1323م)، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث في کونه يلقي الضوء على جانب مهم من جوانب الحکم والإدارة في القرن السابع الهجري/ الثالث عشر الميلادي، وتحديدًا في الفترة ما بين عامي(626-700هـ /1228-1300م)، وهي الفترة التي کتب عنها ابن الفوطي في کتابه «الحوادث الجامعة»، حيث کانت فيه دار الخلافة في بغداد هي مرکز الدولة وقلبها النابض ، وبين تحولها إلى مجرد مدينة کغيرها من المدن بعد تعرضها للغزو المغولي. وقد لعب هؤلاء الموظفون دورًا مهمًّا في هذه الفترة؛ ليس فقط بحکم کونهم قريبين من دائرة صنع القرار، بل لأن بعضهم کان يتدخل في قرارات الخلفاء، وحکام المغول بعد ذلک: إما بالضغط عليهم لإصدارها تارة، أو لإلغائها تارة أخرى. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج التحليلي القائم على جمع النصوص المتعلقة بوظائف دار الخلافة من کتاب «الحوادث الجامعة» وتحليلها، ثم مقارنتها مع المصادر الأخرى، سواء کانت المعاصِرة لعصر المؤلف أو التي جاءت بعده، وتحدثت عن هذه الوظائف. وقد توصل البحث لعدد من النتائج منها: أن أصحاب هذه الوظائف قد لعبوا دورًا مهمًّا في دار الخلافة العباسية خلال فترة البحث؛ الأمر الذي کان سببًا في قوة الدولة تارة لوقوفهم في وجه الغزو المغولي، وضعفها تارة أخرى؛ وذلک نتيجة للصراعات التي کانت تظهر بينهم في سبيل الوصول لمنصب أهم من مناصبهم، أو للتقرب للخلفاء العباسيين. Abstract: This research aims to study the functions that were related to the Abbasid Caliphate، through the book Al-Hadath Al-Jami` by the historian Ibn Al-Foti. The importance of this research is that it sheds light on an important aspect of governance and administration in the Abbasid state in the seventh century AH / thirteenth century AD And in which the Caliphate House in Baghdad was the center of the state and its beating heart، and between its transformation into a mere city like other cities after it was exposed to the Mongol invasion. These employees played an important role in this period، not only because they were close to the decision-making circle، but because some of them were interfering in the decisions of the caliphs، and the rulers of the Mughals after that، either by pressuring them to issue it sometimes or to cancel it at other times. The researcher followed the analytical method based on collecting texts related to the functions of the House of Caliphate from the Book of Collective Accidents and analyzing them، then comparing them with other sources، whether they are contemporary to the era of the author or that came after him and talked about these functions. The research continued for a number of results، including: That the holders of these positions played an important role in the Abbasid Caliphate during the search period، which was the reason for the strength of the state at times because they stood in the face of the Mongolian invasion، and at other times its weakness in the struggles that appeared between them in order to reach a position or Closer to the Abbasid caliphs. | ||||
