ln the first four papers of the present series the whole system of post—cranial musculature of the Egyptian snake Psammophis sibilans were carefully and accurately described. ln the present paper it was found very useful to present _a comparative anato- mical and functional comment and discussion in comparison with the conditions found in Uromastyx aegyptia. | ||||
