Abstract | ||||
In this report, the isolated E. coli strain was proved to be a powerful pathogen as was indicated by the generalized toxic lesions in the parenchymatous organs. The nature of these lesions was tissue alteration and cytolysis. These cytolytic changes involved the lung, liver intestine, kidney, mammary gland, spleen, lymph nodes and brain. These parenchy matous changes resulted in acute deaths in the brucella carrier goat farm and could be correlated to the endotoxaemia of the organism. | ||||
