Abstract | ||||
A total of 21 Freisian cattle and 28 buffalo cows were included in this study. Animals were selected from those belonging to Assiut Faculty of Agriculture farm. The changes in the measurements of the gravid, non-gravid horn as well as the cervix were studied weekly tell six weeks after par turition. The changes in serum enzymatic activity (SGOT, SGPT and SAP) and the changes in the blood picture (RBC, Hb, P.C.V. and WBc) as well as the serum glucose level were studied weekly after par turition till complete uterine involution occurred. | ||||
