Abstract | ||||
The effect of six antibiotics was determined by tube dilution method on some clostridial species. The inhibitory and sublethal concentration of each antibiotic differ according to tested clostridial organism. Of all, 100 Ug/ml gentamycin had invitro the best anti bacterial effect on the contaminated organisms and its use has been extended to the pur ificantion of clostridial culture. | ||||
