Abstract | ||||
Travel & hospitality are one of the main pillars of the Egyptian economy, that can easily be influenced by the country's turbulence inducing all involved industries and consecutively inducing the Country's overall GDP and employability rate. The problem that face most of the hotels and travel agents is how to manage their decisions and coordinate activities after crises to accelerate recovery. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to highlight good procedures already practiced by hotels and travel agents’ Managers of the sample been selected. Accordingly, this study determines the validity of the assumption of that the crises management model enhance the performance of the tourism and hospitality industry. | ||||
