Abstract | ||||
Warburg manometric technique was used for assaying pseudo cholinesterase in liver and p < /strong>lasma, and true cholinesterase cited in circulating erythrocytes and red marrow of mature white albino rat of both sexes. Correlation between cholinesterase activities assayed in erythrocytes and red marrow of the same animals ( 9 subjects ) was performed and correlation coefficient of the enzyme activity in red bone marrow homogenats and the enzyme that found in the circ ulating red blood cells was - 0.5561, and a regression line was established. Pseudo cholinesterase activity in liver 8 more, twice, than of blood plasma. | ||||
