Abstract | ||||
Oil crops are the main source of vegetable oil production in the Arab Republic of Egypt, especially the sesame crop, as the percentage of oil extracted from its seeds ranges between 55-60%, besides that the seed is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus and protein from 15-25%. Mineral. The research problem is represented in the failure of oil crops production to meet the increasing needs of oils, which was reflected in the remarkable rise in prices, which is due to the fact that the strategies of cultivating these crops are linked to other strategies as these crops are not grown for the purpose of producing oils only, but for other purposes. As for the significant physical relations between the quantities of the resources used and the amount of output obtained, it was found that the research sample farms are produced in the first stage and therefore are not produced in the economic stage, and then the quantities of these resources can be increased to reach the optimum volume of output and thus increase production.
