Abstract | ||||
Natural infection with Acuaria Choilospirura hamulosa was described in 7 of 12 chicken at necrop < /strong>sy Only the anterior ands of these worms were found penetrating the wall of the gizzard while most of the length of the nomatodes were free in the lumen. This was in contrast to previous reports indicating that these parasites were under the horny lining of the gizzard embedded in soft reddish-yellow nod ules. The gross and histopathological appea ace of the lesions were described. | ||||
