The aim of the current research is to identify the intellectual framework of electronic management by presenting the intellectual foundations of electronic management and identifying the theoretical foundations of managing special education school and knowing the basic requirements for using electronic management in special education schools from the point of view of the study sample . The current research is based on the descriptive approach and adopted in its field framework on questionnaire to identify the requirements of electronic management in special education schools to develop the administrative performance of the employees of the administration of special education schools , as one of the most important requirements of electronic management came manager who is fluent in dealing with information technology and support the higher administrative authorities of special education schools in the filed of electronic management and a director who does modern technology in his work .And support for the higher administrative bodies of special education school in the field of electronic management and a director who does modern technology in his work and support the culture of electronic management in the field of work and employ it as an effective tool in facilitating the administrative process and from the requirements of occupying administrative positions ,weak utilization of modern means of communication and information technology and the weakness of the physical work environment.
