Abstract | ||||
Environmental considerations have a significant impact on organizations. Considering that human resources management is of great importance as it possesses the most important and most valuable assets of the organization, the human factor, which is influential in all other departments, the importance of studying integrating environmental considerations into human resources management policies Environmental Considerations in Human Resource Management Policies The researchers followed the analytical descriptive approach and applied to a sample of the employees of the Egyptian Telecom Company. The study reached the conclusion that there is a positive positive relationship between human resource management Environmental considerations and that human resources management policies have a long-term impact on the financial performance of the Organization. The main recommendations have been the introduction and integration of environmental considerations into human resources management policies. | ||||
