| Abstract | ||||
| The results of the field study showed that fixed cost equals to (17% 24%, 19%) of the total cost for each of the first, second and third category respectively. The proportion of variable cost was estimated at about (9%, 16%, 15%) of the total cost for first, second and third category, respectively, and the optimal size of apple production was approximately (8.14, 8.17, 10.32, 8.93)tons per hectare for the first, second and third and for the whole Society (sample) study respectively. And the optimal production is more than the average actual production of these categories by about (1.91, 1.36, 3.28, 2.14) tons per hectare respectively. The study Results showed that the production which maximize profit had amounted to approximately (9.26, 11.23, 12.41, 11.08) tons per hectare for each of the first, second, third category and for the whole sample study respectively, and that production (which maximize profit) is more than actual production by (3.03, 4.42, 5.37, 4.29) tons per hectare for these categories. And also the results of the field study showed that the price per ton of apple crop has reached about (685, 646.3, 655.4, 656.8) dinars per ton for each of the three categories sample and for the whole community sample study respectively. | ||||
