Abstract
The crimes against humanity are one of the most serious crimes in international law because
they affect the human being, prompting the international community to submit them to the provisions of
international criminal responsibility. The bases and bases of the crimes are established through the
temporary military criminal courts of Nuremberg, Tokyo, the Yugoslav and Rwandan courts and the
International Criminal Court. To prevent perpetrators of such crimes from impunity and to protect
human rights and fundamental freedoms. Giga for international peace and stability.
In spite of all these efforts and the international community's keenness to uphold international justice
and its efforts to uphold the rules of international law and to impose their respect on states, we see daily
the commission of more crimes against humanity. The international community must intervene to
tighten sanctions and find an effective mechanism to ensure the implementation of international
