Abstract | ||||
This study, which is marked by the Constitutional Framework of the Central Administrative Organization and Administrative Decentralization in the Kingdom of Bahrain, examines the direction of the Bahraini constitutional legislator in organizing administrative work In terms of adopting the administrative central system at the time of the emergence of the modern state, the Bahraini Constitution was issued in 1973 to strengthen the pillars of the state. It took administrative decentralization with a margin of municipal elections until 2002 when the Bahraini National Action Charter was passed. Admin he study takes the form of comparison with another administrative system which is the local administrative system and the administrative organization in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan where the constitutional legislator adopted the system of central administration on the side when talking about the state and the system of administrative decentralization when talking about the service provided to the public. This administrative construction was completed in a timely manner when the Administrative Decentralization Act was promulgated and provincial councils were established in 2017The constitutional law was adopted by the Jordanian legislator when he adopted the idea of election as a means of assigning power. Accordingly, the provincial councils were elected in 2017.
