The rules of conversations have situated in the second stage according to the division of Hanson to the discussion, the importance for connecting has appeared in the human societies. There's no success or continuity for any speech without the rules that checked it, this brief study has focused on the decision that influenced on the rules in the artist's letters that are sent to the caliphs, Ministers and emperors. | ||||
