Abstract
This study’s purpose is to identify the effectiveness of a program for communicative activities for public relations management in developing environmental responsibility of youth enrolled in youth centers in qalubyia governorate. For achieving this , the researcher has designed a communicative activities program then has held meetings , speeches , symposiums , lectures , advertising bulletins boards , and exposition of documentary and video films , in addition to workshops.
The research population consists of ( 50 ) youths ( the one – group ) , using the pre/post application approach upon them. the researcher has designed the three elements – scale of environmental responsibility (environmental knowledge – environmental decision-making – participation in solving problems of pollution ( water – air – soil ).
The researcher uses the communicative activities program for developing environmental responsibility.
Results indicate statistical differences significant exist among youth regaeding the post application on activity program and scale of environmental responsibility , in favor of the youth group.
This asserts the efficacy of the program and its ability to develop responsibility in a group of youth.
