Abstract | ||||
Silk fibroin/gelatin-chondroitin sulfate/nanohydroxyapatite (SF/GE-CS/nHAp) composite scaffolds were prepared by freeze-drying approach. The prepared samples were investigated using BET, FTIR, SEM, and XRD studies. In addition, the investigation of the cell proliferation, adhesion and viability using MTT, DMEM solution, and mouse preosteoblast cell confirmed the cytocompatible nature of the composite scaffolds. These results showed that this composite could be a potential candidate for tissue engineering application. | ||||
