Scientific publishing today is a scientific dilemma faced by university professors and doctoral students in particular, and this problem has increased in complexity with the change of laws from one year to the next, where publication must be in classified scientific journals, which increases the burden of publishing on these journals and this leads to obstruction of publication PhD student articles which take a large period of time to publish, which impedes the progress of students' discussion of their theses. And for this we will try, through this research, to conduct a field study on doctoral students through the use of a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. | ||||
