Abstract | ||||
The average annual revenue of the company amounted to 14.9 million KD, average annual costs 12.5 million KD, and average annual profits = 2.4 million KD, and the project was commercially evaluated through a payback period of about 5.8 years, and the return on investment amounted to about 17.1%, and net The present value is 17.3 million dinars, and the profitability of the dinar is 1.2 dinars. In the event of a decrease in revenues of 10% with fixed costs, it is found that the net present value = 9.4 million dinars, and the profitability of the dinar is 1.11. In the case of the stability of the revenue and the increase in costs, the net present value = 8.2 million Kuwaiti dinars. And the investment profitability of the dinar = 1.08 dinars, and when costs increase and revenues decrease, the net present value is negative, and the dinar loses 0.1%. The study of the company’s financial position showed that the project’s are the trading ratio 43: 1, the efficiency ratio is the inventory turnover rate of about 1.6, the total assets turnover rate is 0.79 the asset turnover rate, and the research was based on the company’s records and data during the research period. Conclusively, the research recommends the necessity of expanding the Al-Abd Food Company because of its great role in providing the population of the State of Kuwait with the foodstuffs they need, as well as for its high profits. | ||||
