Abstract | ||||
The present study aimed at trying to develop the financial and administrative performance of the Egyptian courts by using the balanced scorecard as an effective tool to address the non-financial aspects. Both inductive and deductive approaches were used to test the validity of the study hypotheses. A sample was taken from some of the (58) Egyptian courts, and (202) questionnaires were distributed and analyzed. Researchers reached some weaknesses in the administrative apparatus of the Egyptian courts and through the application of the Balanced Scorecard dimensions, which had a positive impact in improving the administrative performance of workers. In the Egyptian courts. The researchers recommend, through the current study, the necessity to measure and evaluate the performance of employees of Egyptian courts, to strengthen their capabilities, and to overcome the challenges they face. | ||||
