| Abstract | ||||
| يعد موضوع الوعي الصحي من الموضوعات الاساسية التي تستدعى اهتمام الباحثين لارتباطه بصحة الفرد والمجتمع ونشر انماط من الثقافة الصحية تنعکس ايجابا على السلوک ونمط الحياة وتجنب الامراض التي قد تصيبهم نتيجة لتغير نمط الحياة وانتشار أمراض جديدة. فالإنسان هو غاية التنمية ووسيلتها والمحافظة على صحته وتوعيته بالقواعد الصحية السليمة يعد ضرورة مجتمعية يجب ان يهتم بها الباحثين، حتى يمکن ضمان تمتع الافراد بأعلى مستوى من الصحة يمکن الوصول اليه و يتم ذلک بالتأثير على معارف الافراد واتجاهاتهم وسلوکهم واکسابهم عادات صحيه سليمة تؤدي الى الوقاية من الامراض وتمکنهم من المحافظة على صحتهم وتساعدهم في حل مشکلاتهم الصحية .ومن هنا جاءت اهمية الدراسة الراهنة حيث يعد موضوع الوعي الصحي ودراسته والتعرف على مستوى توافره لدى الافراد ولاسيما طالبات الجامعة موضوعا حيويا وضروريا في الوقت الراهن الذي تفشت فيه الامراض المزمنة والاوبئة الخطيرة. وذلک لإمداد المسؤولين ومتخذي القرار بنتائج عن واقع مستوى الوعي الصحي لطالبات الجامعة. وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مصادر المعلومات الصحية التي تعتمد عليها طالبات جامعة الازهر في الحصول على المعلومات الصحية ودور تلک المصادر في تشکيل الوعي الصحي لطالبات جامعة الأزهر. وتعد هذه الدراسة دراسة وصفية وطبقت الباحثة استمارة استبيان على عينة من طالبات جامعة الأزهر وتم تحليل نتائجها احصائيا وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج اهمها ان الانترنت من أکثر مصادر المعلومات الصحية التي تعتمد عليها طالبات الجامعة في الحصول على المعلومات الصحية، کما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الوعي الصحي لطالبات الجامعة کان متوسطا، کما توصلت الدراسة الى ان الصفحات الصحية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والزيارات المستمرة للمراکز الصحية اکثر مصادر المعلومات تأثيرا في تشکيل الوعي الصحي لطالبات جامعة الأزهر . The topic of health awareness is one of the main topics that call for the attention of researchers because it is related to the health of the individual and society and the dissemination of patterns of health culture that reflect positively on behavior and lifestyle and avoid diseases that may affect them as a result of lifestyle change and the spread of new diseases .The human being is the goal and the means of development, maintaining his health and awareness of the good health rules is a societal necessity that researchers must take care of, so that it can ensure that individuals enjoy the highest level of health that can be accessed and this is done by affecting the knowledge of individuals and their attitudes and behavior and their calculations and their healthy habits that lead to the prevention of diseases and enable them to maintain their health and help them to solve their health problems. Hence the importance of the current study where the topic of health awareness and study and to know the level of availability of individuals, especially university students, is a vital and necessary topic at the moment in which chronic diseases and serious epidemics had spread .The aim of the study was to identify the sources of health information on which female students of Al-Azhar University rely on access to health information and the role of these sources in shaping the health awareness of female students of Al-Azhar University. This study is a descriptive study and the researcher applied a questionnaire form to a sample of female students of Al-Azhar University and the results were analyzed statistically. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Internet is one of the most sources of health information on which students of Al-Azhar University rely in obtaining health information, as the results showed that the level of health awareness for female students of Al-Azhar University was average, as the study found that the health pages on social media sites and continuous visits to health centers the most influential sources of information in the formation of health awareness for students of Al-Azhar University. | ||||
