| Abstract | ||||
| هذه الدراسة إلى فهم وتحليل الصراع، والتعاون، والاندماج الدوليين عبر توظيف أطر نظرية متعددة. ترتکز الدراسة على استخدام الإطار النظري المقارن للمحاولة عن الإجابة عن التساؤل الأساسي لهذه الدراسة. هذه النظريات هي: 1. النظرية الواقعية، والواقعية الجديدة، 2. الليبرالية، والليبرالية الجديدة، 3. المدرسة الليبرالية الانجليزية، 4. نظرية السلام الديمقراطي، 5. النظرية الراديکالية، والمارکسية، 6. معضلة السجين، تم الاعتماد على هذا المنهجية لتقديم فهم شامل للباحثين في هذا المجال. خلصت الورقة إلى أن النظرية الواقعية والراديکالية، المارکسية ترجح تفسير أعمق للصراع الدولي، والهيمنة العسکرية، والنظام الدولي أحادي القطبية، وتفسر السياسة العالمية من هذا المنظور تبعاً لعوامل أهمها القوة، والسياسة الصفرية في المشهد السياسي. تؤکد الواقعية الجديدة والليبرالية الجديدة على مبدأ توازن القوى، ودور القوة الاقتصادية في السياسة العالمية، ونظام ثنائية القطبية کنظام دولي. قدمت المدرسة الليبرالية الانجليزية توجه يمزج بين النظرية الواقعية والليبرالية، وعليه يکون المشهد السياسي عرضة للنزاع الدولي تارة، والتعاون والاندماج تارة أخرى. تؤکد نظرية السلام الديمقراطي ومعضلة السجين أن التعاون والاندماج الدوليين هما الخيار المتاح والأفضل في السياسة العالمية، موضحة ثمن عدم الالتزام بالتعاون فيما بين الدول في النظام الدولي. لذلک يمکننا التأکيد على أن التعاون والاندماج الدوليين يسيطران على السياسة العالمية والمشهد السياسي الحالي بشکل أعمق من النزاع الدولي؛ وذلک لتجنب العواقب الناتجة للصراع الدولي. Abstract: This paper tackles the issue of international conflict, cooperation, and integration in the lenses of multiple theoretical frameworks. To answer the research problem, the methodology focused on comparative approach in addressing the theories that can analyze international conflict, cooperation, and integration. The theories are: 1. Realism/ neo-realism, 2. Liberalism/ neo-liberalism, 3. English school of liberalism, 4. Democratic peace theory, 5. Radicalism/ Marxism, 6. Prisoner’s dilemma. This approach helps provide comprehensive understanding of the research question and allows scholars to understand how each phenomenon is characterized theoretically. The paper concluded that realism, radicalism, and Marxism are prone to international conflict, military dominance, and unipolar international system due to factors of state, power, and zero-sum game. Neo-realism and neo-liberalism assert the balance of power, the power of economy, and bipolar system in world politics. English school is prone to both conflict and cooperation depending on political situation. Democratic peace theory and prisoner’s dilemma emphasize international cooperation and integration and clarify the political price to defect. Hence, international cooperation and integration are dominating in the current world politics | ||||
