| Abstract | ||||
| سعت وسائل الاعلام الي تغطية فعاليات المؤتمرات الوطنية للشباب ومن بينها الصحف الاليکترونية في محاولة منها الي إبراز الجوانب المختلفة المتعلقة بتلک الفعاليات ولا ينکر أحدا أن عملية انتاج الأخبار تخضع إلى ما يعرف بعملية التأطير الاعلامي، والذي يعتمد على صفة "الابراز" اي الترکيز على بعض الجوانب واغفال جوانب اخرى، انطلاقا من خلفياته الثقافية و السياسية و الدينية و القيمية، فنظرية الاطر الخبرية هي احدي النظريات التي تقدم تفسيرا منتظما لدور وسائل الاعلام في تشکيل الافکار و الاتجاهات حيال القضايا البارزة، وعلاقة ذلک باستجابات الجمهور المعرفية و الوجدانية لتلک القضايا The media sought to cover the activities of the national youth conferences, including the electronic newspapers, in an attempt to highlight the various aspects related to these events. No one denies that the news production process is subject to what is known as the media framing process, which depends on the adjective “highlighting” that is, focusing on some aspects. The omission of other aspects, based on its cultural, political, religious and value backgrounds, the news frameworks theory is one of the theories that provide a systematic explanation of the role of the media in shaping ideas and trends about prominent issues, and its relationship to the public’s cognitive and emotional responses to those issues | ||||
