Abstract | ||||
This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the weakness of the organizational commitment and the weakness of competitive advantage An Applied Study on sector companies in the Governorate of Duhok Kurdistan Region of Iraq level. as well as, it sought to identify the nature of the impact of organizational commitment on achieving competitive advantage, with the nature of the statistical differences in the degree of the impact of organizational commitment dimensions on competitive advantage in the companies under study. Through using a sample of (923) workers in (5) of the companies under study. It became 2 clear that there is a statistical significance between dimensions of organizational commitment and dimensions of competitive advantage. In addition, there was a difference with statistical significance of the dimensions of organizational commitment on achieving competitive advantage. | ||||
