| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الکشف عن حجم انتشار جرائم الخطف في المجتمع المصرى من واقع الإحصاءات الرسمية، وإلقاء الضوء على مکان ارتکاب جرائم الخطف، وأساليب ارتکابها، وأسباب اقترافها، والخصائص الديموجرافية لضحايا ومرتکبي تلک الجرائم. وقد استعانت الباحثة بالمنهج الکمى الذي يتجلى من خلال تحليل إحصائي لإحصاءات الأمن العام عبر عشر سنوات (منذ عام 2003 وحتى عام 2012). واشتملت الدراسة على تحليل 1184 حادثة خطف خلال الفترة من 2003-2012، کان بينها 1299 ضحية و2400 جاني مثلوا جميعًا المجال البشري للدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أعلى نسبة ارتکاب لجرائم الخطف اختصت بها محافظة القاهرة، حيث بلغت النسبة 18.6% من إجمالي قدره 1184 واقعة، تلتها محافظة الجيزة 14.6%، ومحافظة الغربية 9.1% وتأتي في مقدمة الأسباب الدافعة لعملية الخطف الرغبة في الحصول على الفدية، ثم النزاع على المال، يليها في الترتيب الخلافات الشخصي، والاعتداء الجنسي، والانتقام. وکان الذکور أکثر استهدافًا لجرائم الخطف من الإناث؛ (71.4 % ذکور مقابل 28.6 % إناث)، والغالبية العظمى من المجني عليهم في حوادث الخطف تقع أعمارهم في الفئة العمرية الأقل من 18 سنة حيث بلغت 596 طفلًا بنسبة 45.9 % من إجمالي قدره 1299 واقعة. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the extent of kidnapping crimes in the Egyptian society based on official statistics, and to shed light on the location of the kidnapping crimes, the methods of committing them, the reasons for their commission, and the demographic characteristics of the victims and perpetrators of those crimes. The researcher used the quantitative approach that is demonstrated through statistical analysis of public security statistics over ten years (since 2003 until 2012). The study included the analysis of 1184 kidnappings during the period from 2003 to 2012, among which were 1299 victims and 2,400 perpetrators, all of whom represented the human field of the study. The study concluded that the highest rate of committing kidnapping crimes was specific to Cairo Governorate, where the percentage reached 18.6% of a total of 1184 incidents, followed by Giza Governorate 14.6%, and Gharbia Governorate 9.1%. Then the dispute over money, followed in the order of personal differences, sexual abuse, and revenge. Males were more likely to be kidnapped than females; (71.4% are males versus 28.6% females), and the vast majority of the victims of kidnappings are under the age of 18 years, reaching 596 children, or 45.9% of a total of 1299 incidents. | ||||
