Abstract | ||||
The research shows the relationship and the effect of the willpower on the managerial leaders, and whether the willpower affects the leadership style and their decision making methodology and application in a way that is suitable with the organizational vision and objectivies or not. Furthermore, the research addresses a proposed framework to develop the leader's willpower, and their major role in solving environment and social problems. The results show that, there is a significant positive relation between leader's willpower and their charactirstics. The research shows association between leader's characteristic and how the ledears motivation, efficiency, and ethics play a role in willpower elements i.e, decision making, enthusiasm, discipline, and self- control. | ||||
