Abstract | ||||
This research aimed mainly at recognizing the role of agricultural extension to develop the graduates of rural youth in the filed of the small agricultural enterprises regarding: Identifying perception level of agricultural extension workers and their expected role to develop the graduates of rural youth in filed of the small agricultural enterprises for: The extension worker, as: change motivated, change requests oriented, facilitator for solving problems, coordinator among change resources. And identifying the difference between perception and expected role regarding on the four dimensions understudy. The study was conducted in six districts ( Fowa, Sedy salem, El- hamoul, Kafr El- sheikh, qallen, Beala in Kafr El-sheikh governorate. Data were collected through personal interview from a random sample amounting to 240 respondents representing about 33% from the total number of agric. extension workers in these six districts. Frequencies, and Percentages, Arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, (T) pared test were used to analyze the data. | ||||
